Pros

Benefits are great here and the health care plans are very affordable yet high quality. Co-workers are mostly great and company culture is inclusive, diverse, and family-oriented. Hard to get fired unless you really try.

Cons

Very little/no opportunity for advancement. Boss doesn't know much about what we really do or how to evaluate our performance accurately. Common sense is not applied freely enough.

Pros

Free dormitory and chances to experience different working methods. Get higher viewpoints over projects and organize teams to make products real.

Cons

High pressure and leave no time for personal life. Sometimes overtime is not for working but just for boss good impressions to get stock options.
