Pros
It's flexible working place in Taiwan side. There were many documents to define procedure of project. It could be evaluated real situation on project cost.
Cons
There were not some rules to be suitable asia-pacific projects in Taiwan side. It always demanded tight schedule to meet customer target. But there were only a few people to maintain the project. I thought that welfare in taiwan was not equal to brand rank in the world.
