Pros
- Great employees, very good work culture
- They won't ask you for the overtime unless it's really really needed ( not the same case with all teams )
- Decent Salary ( though you might find it a little low compare to your recent grad buddies working in California but the benefits are damm great, typically students consider an offer a great based on just an annual salary but they should consider all the factors that makes a company like 401k, health, dental, vision, stock purchase, product discounts, local discounts, bonus etc..)

Cons
- Training for the new employee isn't that great until you have it converted full time from your internship.
- You feel a little low Salary compared to other software guys.
- Salary hike isn't that great too. I would say, depends on your team and performance.
