      Great Company with a great culture

      Pros

      Casual dress code, relaxed work environment, interesting projects, good management. The HR team is also really good about transitioning you into the company.

      Cons

      The future of the company itself is a little uncertain. And while the environment is extremely friendly, it doesn't seem to be very easy to move up.

      Pros

      Laid back, informal and flexible. If you are built status quo, want to show up 8-5 and no stress it's a decent place to work.

      Cons

      It's not built for the motivated and energetic type. Bringing in new ideas and knowledge of a segment usually lead to negative responses and insecurities. Too many levels of management. Poor Pay. Not much room for career growth.
