You will never get 100% bonus. Just mix coma with dot and your bonus is going away. If you are getting job offer as customer service, be prepare that you will get 20% of bonus for attendance, rest 80% you will get if you are friends with quality checker. System is very slow so what they cold wrap up time (closing the call) where u have 45 seconds is impossible in many occasions. Hold time is 90 seconds but many times you have to go away from your desk so 90 sec is exceed. Wrap up = 20% bonus Hold time = 20 % bonus Good luck. Some multi language people have even worse. If you Dutch or Polish don't bother, same money as we, but you will do it in 2 languages.
