Pros

Great hours for a call center, long calls but expected to give customer self help, emails is nice but again customer has long wait for little information, customers allowed to all for you but frowned on, don't work here if you want to advance

Cons

No value to employees, customers had long waits, little options, states family values but is not a good work life balance, always stressed, never sure what type options are, have to give own review, the ones that did the job right was always one with issues if you didn't have a favorite

Pros

The company provides good benefits and the engineering side allows for significant autonomy. Management checks in every once in a while to make sure you're busy, but you are left to manage your work load as you see fit. Shift and break times are pretty flexible and management is good about allowing time off whenever you want it (in Salem at least). They are good at making sure whatever tools or equipment are needed for the job are available. The Salem location puts on a couple of parties/events for the employees every year and sometimes they pass out odd little gifts (flashlights, mobile battery packs, etc.). The management in Salem is better to their employees due to the location previously being a smaller, local company.

Cons

They pay below average, and without experience it's hard to get a sizable raise. Your performance counts for much less than the number of times you've swiped your door badge. If you are a fast learner, you'll just have to be patient while they come around to paying you what you're worth. Some have been told they can go 45 minutes north or west (to the cities with more tech jobs) if they don't like what they're getting paid. Additionally, they (headquarters in Olathe) will only go so far to make things right if you miss out on a benefit due to an error on their part. Perhaps that's normal for larger corporations.

Pros

- Fewer team members working efficiently as a team. - Eager to teach the technical as well as non-technical aspect to a fresher/trainee. - Management is quite supportive in getting newly recruited employees to learn the deeper intricacies of the industry.

Cons

-Basically hardly any cons whatsoever.
