      You are told to learn one thing, you get good at it and then you get stuck there. People come unprepared to meetings.

      Good experience but no advancements. If you work at the call center, you are NOT at Garmin.

      Pros

      Company perks and employee discounts. 401k contributions are good. Engineers get the best treatment. The call center is at a different address than the head quarters.

      Cons

      No advancements unless you know somebody who knows somebody. Lots of expectations but very low pay. Mane changes in the organization but nothing that benefits the employees. Micromanagement among supervisor is a very common thing and highly valued by management.
