      Garmin had a great work environment & good people to work with. Enjoyed working at Garmin. Would recommend Garmin to other.

      Pros

      Great benefits and perks. Very in depth training course. Flexible scheduling is a plus. Overall office moral is pleasant. HQ is amazing inside.. indescribable.

      Cons

      No room for growth if you start in the call center. Building facilities are not always the cleanest. Very clicky in the office and promotions are non existent.

      Pros

      Good health benefits, fun people to work with, ESPP program and 401k are amazing.

      Cons

      Location is terrible for new employees in terms of within the city. It would be great if HQ had a "satellite" office downtown KC rather than in the suburbs where there is nothing to do other than watch Saturday Soccer games at the High Schools. Kansas City is actually a really fun town but Garmin's location within the city is really dragging down the talent retention.
