Pros

Decent benefits and work environment.

Cons

You might get a 2-3% raise annually while inflation and workload increase and benefits decrease every year. You'll also constantly hear "this is our best year ever" and you'll never feel it in your pay or benefits.

Pros

Healthcare and 401k match are solid

Cons

Pay is below average, don't expect more than a few hundred as a bonus. Management is in rough shape, no one willing to speak the truth when a project is behind resulting in unrealistic time lines that lead to delays and a worse product overall. Culture of "you should ve honored to work here" resulting in not valuing employees. Requirements being written after the product is built so there's no point in writing them.
