Pros

Benefits are great here and the health care plans are very affordable yet high quality. Co-workers are mostly great and company culture is inclusive, diverse, and family-oriented. Hard to get fired unless you really try.

Cons

Very little/no opportunity for advancement. Boss doesn't know much about what we really do or how to evaluate our performance accurately. Common sense is not applied freely enough.

Pros

Awesome coworkers Decent benefits Lots to do

Cons

40 hour work week, 8 hours a day (NOT counting lunch, which really makes it 9 hours a day) is the only option. Working from home on a regular basis is not an option.

Pros

-great benefit for family -almost no overtime work

Cons

-too many meetings -too many people with weird job titles coming to meetings either talking common sense or guessing about things they don't really know -too many types and layers of managements - some teams have 3 layers all named "Manager"
