      Pros

      The health insurance and dental benefits are great. Lots of company discounts and perks.

      Cons

      Very flat structure so little to promotion opportunity. Pay is typically below industry average, but they feel they can get away with paying less because the benefits are so good. Company is ran like a small business and is therefore not very open minded or forward thinking on policies that may make it easier to work for their employees to work. Sometimes the focus is more on saving money vice quality.

      Good Benefits - health, vision, dental, relaxed environment, access to management, covered parking, good location, Flexible schedule when needed, free coffee

      Cons

      sometimes disorganized, not a lot of variety in terms of types of work so each engineer ends up working on the same things for a long time. Leaves something to be desired.
