Pros

Monday through Friday schedule. Excellent health benefits. Great coworkers. No pressure to rush customers off the phone. No script to use for calls.

Cons

Few opportunities to do anything besides work at the call center once you start there. Very small annual pay increase. Low hourly pay. Sasquatch and a Garmin bonus have something in common. Repetitive tasks (Day mostly consists of coaching older people on how to use a computer). A lot of time is wasted looking for devices at your coworkers cubicles (Employees are only issued a few devices) Hold times often get very long and make customers irritable by the time they speak with you.

Pros

1. Decent benefits, good 401k match 2. In aviation division, work was good. Some of the software developers were really smart.

Cons

1. Worst culture for non-whites. 2. No flex hours at all. Strictly 8:30 to 5:30 pm work schedule. 3. The aviation division treated a fresher like me with out any respect and used draconian laws to teach me a lesson rather than giving me an opportunity to explain my so called "mistakes" 4. HR is equally useless and believes in taking punitive/retaliatory measures against erring employees regardless of their circumstances.

Good workers, appalling leadership

Pros

If you like being micro-managed by big brother in Olathe, KS, then this is a great place to work. Don't show too much initiative or creative thinking, as this is clearly seen as rebellious. With a UK HR department that cares more about keeping you at your workstation during working hours than developing associates, morale is excellent.

Cons

Draconian HR approach to employees: a group of labourers to be controlled rather than inspired. Poor leadership: UK leaders generally do what USA tells them due to lack of any other ideas. High performers receive little reward other than a photo in the canteen when they have done well enough to be named 'associate of the quarter'.
