Pros

All around great company which, unlike past large corporation, values it's employees. I have much to learn and my opinion may change over time, but, again, extremely great beginning.

Cons

It's the position requirements, not the company that makes it difficult to pay attention to personal needs. Higher wages would be good but they started me out well due to my experience. Their recogition of that experience says a lot about their values, so I really have no complaint here.

Cons

Pros

Good work environment, nice people. Great benefits and lots of fun working on cool technology. Location is also superb.

Cons

Some of the development tools used seem obsolete. It was hard to get equipment when needed, even when it was required to complete the task you were working on.
