Pros

* most people are friendly although a small part of them seem very biased * work time is flexible enough

Cons

lots of tech leaders are lacking technical education or training. many foreign engineers have advanced degrees and excellent work ethic, but don't expect to any get promotion opportunities like the coasts at this mid-west company . if you consider yourself an ambicious engineering professional, you must come to coasts. we have lots talented professionals from India, China, Vietnam with Masters or PhDs holding key leadership positions

Pros

Great benefits, not much overtime, the people are friendly and professional for the most part. They are flexible with time off and flexing work hours.

Cons

The only con I have found is the pay tends to be below the industry average for software engineering positions. Maybe this is not across the board, but I can't say.
