Pros

One of the top consumer companies in the world. It's a good company for fresh graduates to start their careers.

Cons

Pay is not at all competitive. The city also sucks for young people. May be ok to settle down after a while.

Pros

There is a relaxed atmosphere here with lots of friendly people who are proficient at what they do. Good compensation for a fun job.

Cons

There is little innovation in new product offerings. Also, not much information is shared between different business segments (automotive products, marine, fitness, aviation). This does not provide a polished, unified brand image. Experience is not effectively transfered between engineers, which is a problem given the large proportion of young engineers.
