Pros

Great benefits, decent pay, casual dress atmosphere

Cons

Poor communication from the top when it comes to the call center, and the call center functions totally apart from the rest of the company under a completely different set of rules. Opportunities are tough to come by now thanks to a recently implemented career path that discourages call center employees from applying directly for other jobs at the headquarters building (where the real good jobs are).

Pros

Pros: Great management experience that really helped me learn. - Coworkers are great and the dress code is very lax. -I had to get surgery in the middle of the summer that I was there and they accommodated my needs very well.

Cons

People speak of little upward mobility but for a summer seasonal position, there is not really that concern. Customers can be hard to work with but Garmin tries to put every resource available in front of you to help you.
