Good work-life balance, benefits. Great technical team and company culture. Higher average of managers knowing what they are doing and understanding technical challenges than other similar companies.

Cons

They do not value your previous experience as much as other companies would do. You have to prove you achieve all compentencies from your job position for a promotion as if your career resets at the moment you start working with them.
