The people- I like working with people who work hard but are like family. I like working somewhere that I like going to each day. The benefits are amazing, its great to know that when I retire I will not have to worry. Its nice to see a company that cares about its employees and the communities that they work in.

As an ESOP, Garney provides a tremendous opportunity to work hard, and earn a VERY comfortable retirement, before any social security or 401K savings. Great people, great culture

Cons

The biggest negative is it took me so lokng to find out about Garney and come to work with these fantastic people. Top notch organization
