      Pros

      ESOP and health insurance, lots of good training, pay is above average, always something to do, some employees are very good people.

      Cons

      No work life balance, they use ESOP to get you to work long hours, they don’t care where you live they send you where the work is, field leadership is very weak, no appreciation for hard work, racism in the work place, old employees will talk trash about new employees, usually work alone and see your supervisor once a month, employees constantly lie to corporate to cover their themselves, company has bad reputation …
