ESOP and health insurance, lots of good training, pay is above average, always something to do, some employees are very good people.

Cons

No work life balance, they use ESOP to get you to work long hours, they don’t care where you live they send you where the work is, field leadership is very weak, no appreciation for hard work, racism in the work place, old employees will talk trash about new employees, usually work alone and see your supervisor once a month, employees constantly lie to corporate to cover their themselves, company has bad reputation …

Great benefits and job security. A well-respected company in the water/wastewater industry. You get experience in countless construction fields including electrical, concrete, mechanical, plumbing, masonry, roofing, equipment, sitework, etc. You are reimbursed for travel expenses or receive a per diem. You get a bonus every year. Employee Stock Ownership Program.

Cons

Salary employees work over 50 hours per week.

Pros

The people- I like working with people who work hard but are like family. I like working somewhere that I like going to each day. The benefits are amazing, its great to know that when I retire I will not have to worry. Its nice to see a company that cares about its employees and the communities that they work in.
