Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company
Pros
You work full time. And there are some nice people who work here, some who used to work for other reputable construction firms.
Cons
They will promise me great things for me to come and work for them. They told me they had all this work, and that they were good with safety by having safety meetings every morning, and following safety procedures by the book. All this lies were the opposite. They arent safe at all, some of their firemen will work like animals and don't get breaks nor their crews. If you get your break they tell you you will get 30 min dediction on your time sheet. After two weeks I was laid off because supposedly some project got canceled and the guys who have been there longer had seniority over me. Some of their Superintendents have no peoples skills, unprofessional, and no clue of what's going on. By the way... They burn burn out their people by working them like animals. They will put one or two laborers and burn them to death in jobs were they need 3 or 4 laborers just to save money. Jobs where equipment is needed to do heavy work, they want the laborers to do it by hand to save money with out caring about how much workers will kill themselves.
