Pros

Work in a regional office. A casual atmosphere and having great people to work with makes it easy to come to work each day. Good benefits including not only employee ownership, but inexpensive health insurance. Going the extra mile is the norm, but seeing the results of your hard work make it worth it.

Cons

Training is improving, which is a good thing.

As an ESOP, Garney provides a tremendous opportunity to work hard, and earn a VERY comfortable retirement, before any social security or 401K savings. Great people, great culture

Cons

The biggest negative is it took me so lokng to find out about Garney and come to work with these fantastic people. Top notch organization
