      - ESOP Program: Great for higher-ups and if you see yourself at this company for long term - Nice office: Loved the fitness area - Great location: Loved the restaurants around the area

      - Picky management styles - Unwritten policies that were never stated in the employee handbook - Policies not consistent across managers/company - Didn't feel apart of my team - Deceitful

      Pros

      The people are great; generally really hard working people. Most of the upper management are great too. The bonuses can be good too.

      Cons

      They work you to death. Preaching work home life balance but don’t follow through. You are just a number. They make promises they can’t keep and act like they care. Horrible pay. Dangle a good retirement in front of you, but don’t make the rest of it worth it. Poorly managed. Don’t hold everyone to the same standard.
