Pros

Good benefits Smart colleagues Great PTO 401k match Stock purchase program

Cons

Culture is metric driven with no room for context. "Top performers" can be lucky with their territory, and then get promoted and become a mentor or to other roles. Initiatives are numbers driven, rather than incorporating end-users in conception for what we need, leading to under utilized, over hyped tools.

Pros

Each BU enables their leadership to do what’s best. Each manager has the autonomy to make their own “team rules” to a certain degree. In my experience, I’ve had phenomenal leaders with the exception of one.

Cons

As stated above, leadership has autonomy to some degree. Leadership and their coaching style directly impacts you on a day to day basis. If you end up with a leader you don’t mesh with, watch out.

Pros

Great way to start your career in the tech space. Good, deep training to help build the fundamentals of the role. Great promotional opportunities with good performance. Good leadership is there (not everywhere though). Great PTO and Benefits. Decent salary.

Cons

The model of working is less strategic and more "turn-and-burn" call center-esque due to sales margins. Fully Remote work will never be a thing and the lack of clarity on future plans is concerning. Work/Life Balance is at times nonexistent. The work you need to complete will take more than 40 hours a week. Lots of critical tools and resources being outsourced to teams without any real stake in the game, what we depend upon is not a priority to them.. At times, leadership can be given to younger and inexperienced leaders. Without a good leader, you can quickly find yourself in a bad spot. "Mission over metrics" is preached but not followed.
