      Excellent company to work for

      Pros

      They are a very loyal employer who takes care of their employees

      Cons

      Being a research company they are very "formulaic" in their approach to sales. Ie. You need to make this many phone calls to get this much in sales. Which of course makes sense but they monitor you like big brother and ask for a lot of reporting on these activities which takes up your time that you could be DOING the activity. They are growing like crazy though so it works for them

      Very result-recognition oriented. Awards high performance Super brand Invests on the employees Great culture - low on politics

      Cons

      Not the easiest environment for average/low performers and therefore ends up having "bitter leavers"

      As an analyst you have a great deal of freedom in terms of the research to focus on and develop. Most analysts are experienced professionals and thus management oversight is generally light.

      Cons

      The company develops solid research but it needs to become more aggressive with respect to the development of thought leading research.
