      Pros

      Great place to learn and interact with Experts in IT technology. Opportunity to speak to CIOs. Recognised market leader in IT research.

      Cons

      Rigid KPIs and process centric. Still too US centric doesn't cover APJ well. Not new any more, clients are aware of the company's limitations.

      Pros

      Good benefits, sales focused organization, work/life balance

      Cons

      under market compensation (accelerators are good, but not as many people are making their #s as you'd think - maybe 35%?) They like to hire young people (mid-30s and younger) for sales, and they'll tell you that, too. The result is a very eager sales force that isn't taken seriously by CxO executives. The 'rah rah' part of the job tends to be a little JV..... Over confidence in some product sets. Clients pay a premium for the services and don't always get the corresponding value.
