      Pros

      Brand is global, name opens doors and clients listen to you. Research is outstanding and there are experts in every IT field you can think of.

      Cons

      Difficult to overcome the assumption we are just a research house. Dont have the flexibility of a LLP given we are a public company. Very target orientated culture fail to hit your numbers and you're toast.

      Pros

      Excellent planning, vision and leadership; very cooperative and respectful culture; performance driven meritocratic work environment; brilliant highly skilled people and absolutely fantastic customer relationships, great belief and 'can do' attitude comes right from the top.

      Cons

      Internal processes can be very cumbersome, some inconsistencies in regional execution of corporate vision, you have to put in a lot of effort to establish a functional work life balance, but you can do it!
