Mundane role but forward thinking company

Pros

CSM role is very mundane and your success in the role is mostly determined by how good of AE’s you have in your territory. Management definitely has favorites which will be very clear during any transitions. Lots of developmental days that are required but very boring and corporate.

Cons

Management promotes people they are friends with regardless of how hard you work. Very low bonuses. Required in office days that are required and not productive.

Pros

Gartner is a well established entity that has access to a litany of resources. If you love to process information, they have slide decks and resources of that nature.

Cons

-Lack of lead volume -Share leads with all “teammates”; led to poor office culture and morale -Below market base, extreme fluctuations in commission month to month basis -Poor working conditions and lack of lead volume has the majority of the sales floor skipping lunch and other breaks. -Reps are working from 7AM-7PM CST. -Lack of internal/team culture
