Pros

They do have a great method to their madness. Their training is thorough. The name gets you into offices of the CIO.

Cons

Micro-Managed, and their managers are Home grown and don't know how to manage. No real sense of what is happening in the real world, unrealistic expectations. Rules of engagement are terrible and make no sense, cause for so much infighting. You are power pointed TO DEATH. Meeting upon internal meeting where you repeat yourself. You are a number and nothing more unless you are a good looking young white man.

Pros

Good benefits package: highlights include 401k matching (which they took away during COVID) Smart coworkers, really talented people Lots of flexibility with hours and working from home

Cons

Leadership’s approach to everything is “build the plane while you’re flying it” – direction is constantly changing, lot of restructuring, nobody knows what’s going on Transparency is nonexistent, zilch, on EVERYTHING: day to day job operations, company direction, professional growth - everything is wrapped up in these archaic processes and you’ll just feel gaslighted afterwards Lack of diversity and diversity commitments is all talk - unsupportive environment for minorities and people of color – not a good place to grow so there’s really high turnover

Pros

Work life of balance at some points of the year

Cons

This review is to ensure that no one makes the mistake I did by joining this company. All of the positive reviews you see below (all written on the same day or a day apart and are very short) are fake. Gartner has these put up when too many of the negative reviews start to bring down the overall score. As someone who consistently hits winner’s circle, I’m writing this based on my experience and not my performance. This company is filled with some of the least intelligent people you will ever work with. The term growth mindset is used to gaslight you for things that you deserve as both a human and an employee. There is a reason the turnover is so much higher than that of any enterprise of its size. Selling here is extremely difficult. The product brings little to no value anymore and when customers start to realize that, there’s only so much selling that can be done. No one will tell you this during the interview process, but we don’t have a CRM, we don’t provide any tooling, and the sentiment here is that you don’t need to know anything about the client’s function or domain in order to be successful. The result are thousands of ill equipped sales people with no internal or external knowledge all bombarding the same accounts from dozens of different regions. It’s a catastrophic mess that Gartner acknowledges but doesn’t care to solve due to the desire to maintain the appearance of being a “hyper growth company” Do yourself a favor and join a company with a future, because I assure you, this is not it.
