Lots of new talent on board at Gartner. Fresh perspective to help execute against a focused strategy. Positive energy, team oriented, collaborative approach. Company has always had a strong reputation for design and product development. Leadership team is focused on building and supporting efficient processes. It's an exciting time to be part of this team.

Cons

Retail moves fast and company needs to move fast as well. This is a con for some while others thrive in this type of environment.

Pros

Gartner Studios is a lean company that offers a lot of initial opportunity to employees who exhibit initiative.

Cons

The company runs so lean that they are very short on resources - everything from office supplies to lower level employees to offer assistance on projects. There is little opportunity to move up in the company and salaries are on the lower end of the industry.
