Pros

The company provides many great things to engineers. It is an engineering firm that is not an internally competitive environment, but instead helps each other grow and compete against the others outside. They provide a great career path, and help you to figure out where you want to go. They will provide you the means to get there, including a graduate degree if necessary.

Cons

Overall, the company does not have many cons. The main issue is that the people become cliquish and form "buddy" groups. These become hard for newer employees to break into and become involved.
