      Corporate culture is great but local management needs some work.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Great benefits. Quickly growing company with opportunities to advance. Great corporate culture. Company tries to be involved past your work hours.

      Cons

      Local management can be a bit of a hit and miss. Definitely get the sense that they are under a great deal of pressure to out perform. Local management can be a bit too strict in their work. Management tends to micromanage projects. Pay is average. Company is maybe trying too hard to be No. 1.

As you may have seen, we've recently brought on some new assets to assist with our internal PD programs and initiatives, so hopefully you see an improvement there soon.       Hard to switch departments (I tried to switch from roadway to bridge)
