      Pros

      Garver is a great company to work for, your colleagues feel like family. The office/remote flexibility is unrivaled and there are many possibilities for organic upwards growth if you have the right idea.

      Cons

      The entrepreneur approach might not suit those who need daily responsibilities passed down from their supervisor. Those who are successful here need to grab the bull by the horns and carve their own paths.

      Pros

      Compensation package was good and I worked with a lot of very sharp people. Their health insurance was probably the best and the cheapest I've ever had. They also sell their product exceptionally well and always seem to be adding more and more work to their books. Good work/life balance and no micromanagement.

      Cons

      I don't have anything I remember disliking about the organization.
