- Friendly down-to-earth people - Everyone is enthusiastic about their jobs and what they do - There definitely appears to be a clear importance on training and bringing newer employees up to speed so they can rise up in the company

Cons

Employees are getting overloaded with work. Some people make it to the top bc they are friends with certain higher ups. We work late into the evenings to get work done on time so work life balance doesn't exist anymore.
