      High Expectations for Entry Level Engineers, Lower Salaries, Poor Bonuses

      Pros

      Higher level of expectations for young engineers. More responsibility allows quick development of discipline, experience, and personal growth. Emphasis on skill development.

      Cons

      Very limited amount of promotions. Salaries typically lower than average. Raises were underwhelming. Annual bonuses were not competitive. Emphasis on religion, particularly evangelical christianity. Very few CAD technicians.

      Good benefits, time off, insurance cost was the best I had seen in a long time

      Cons

      Poor management, poor accountability, not a team oriented environment in some departments. The finance dept has no “team”.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. Great benefits. Quickly growing company with opportunities to advance. Great corporate culture. Company tries to be involved past your work hours.

      Cons

      Local management can be a bit of a hit and miss. Definitely get the sense that they are under a great deal of pressure to out perform. Local management can be a bit too strict in their work. Management tends to micromanage projects. Pay is average. Company is maybe trying too hard to be No. 1.
