Higher management actually listens to what employees have to say, and acts accordingly. You can talk to the CEO and other high-level people. They are not untouchable like in some other companies. Good company culture, great Wellness program, competitive pay, stable company growth. They also have good health insurance plan, if you are single you pay nothing.

Cons

It will be challenging to maintain this as the firm grows.
