      Pros

      Great place to work! Garver has such a unique employee atmosphere that you won't find anywhere else. Personable management and leadership, extremely competitive compensation and benefits, outstanding work/life balance, and unique culture and values that Garver apart from other companies.

      Cons

      Some career advancement paths are limited, only because Garver is such a great company that no one ever leaves!

      Pros

      I like everything about the company. There are great people to work with, the company culture is great and the company is growing. I am able to function with little oversight to build my client base.

      Cons

      With the amount of growth we are experiencing, it is becoming hard to fine good engineers to hire. Garver is not as well known, so some candidates may over look us.

      Pros

      Good work life balance. Willing to teach me when I didn't know much about my area of work. Great pay and benefits and they promote a healthy life style.

      Office environment is not all that exciting
