Need to be part of the Circle to move up. Family culture is long gone. Fake promises The do more if you want to move up mentality is horrible.

Full time, benefits, 401k, free beer

Cons

Long hours, constantly under-staffed, inexperienced senior leadership, if you’re not part of “the click” you’re just a number, company is very cheap, they preach an open door policy but if you complain there will be a target on your back, they work you to the bone but continually are paying less and less
