Pros

Full time work Career paths in merchandising, sales and driving Low supervision Starting $18/hour Great management in merchandising roles Occasional outings called “happy hours” where you can drink eat and enjoy events for free

Cons

Work has a high level of scrutiny for an entry level job which is tracked by app, surveys and store management Work life balance is absolutely horrid, weekends off is hard to attain and work days can regularly be 10-12 hours High turnaround rates due to physicality of job (It’s like being at the gym all day) Each position to grow into is more difficult than the last, lack of company standard and training for roles Depressing work culture
