The previous negative reviews are true. Just like you, I thought it was an exaggeration. It wasnt. Let me explain. Everyone working as a ramp agent is miserable. That led to apathy. Nobody cares about anyone. The coworkers gossip and spread lies; sometimes, with other members of management who are just as toxic. There is a certain employee of human resources at the warehouse who doesnt want to do their job, pushes off her task to everyone else, and really rude.
They tell you when hired, there are no opportunities for growth.
All of these factors just forced me to quit.
