      Pros

      Easy work. Night and day shift. Lots of overtime available.

      Cons

      Can be short handed at times thus meaning everyone has to pick up lose ends but you'll survive.

      Pros

      You work on the airfield to get experience to try and go to an airline.

      Cons

      You get no sick or personal days. You keep getting mandatory overtime. People quit like there's no tomorrow. You get no benefits of any kind. The company has no discipline of any kind.
