The money is good if you can suffer the consequences!

Staff, colleagues are the proverbial school playground bullies, if your face doesn’t fit they will make life hell, complain they run to the management ( normally related or in the lodge) Management were and probably still not fit for purpose, just walk around talking to their brothers annd pulling decent hard workers for the most mundane things they see fit, one manager sacked for sexual harassment of a colleague. As for HR non existent, closed door policy and will always back management in any possible way.
