They offer full time benefits.

Cons

They don't take care of their people like they use to. They throw all kinds of perks for new hires but forget about the ones that have been loyal. It use to be hard to get hired on out there, but now anyone with a pulse can be hired. It's like they dropped all standards when it comes to hiring people. So now people come in and can't do the job and the ones who have been there for yrs and yrs have to babysit while still being expected to get their production in. Also the standard for making quality product is at an all time low.
