      - People generally cared about their responsibilities - Talented people working in senior-level positions - Opportunity to attain international experience (ex. China, Brazil, Germany, India)

      - Departments not as aligned as they could be - Divergent strategies (low cost country sourcing versus lean production) - Sense that same problems from twenty years ago still present today

      Pros

      Great pay for the area. Secure job in times of economic difficulty (at least in a professional level and not part of upper management). Very flexible and support continuing educatoin.

      Cons

      Advancement within the company is difficult. With the economic times a pay freeze has been issued. Local management needs some adjusting to hold their people responsible for their actions.
