401k contributions. Nice building, gym, good location.

Cons

Leadership lies constantly, toxic workplace, disrespectful managers, underdeveloped HR team, puts all the work on the lower tier and has no idea what each team member actually does. Poor morale, reviews are pointless, promotions are non existent. All the talent leaves for obvious reasons. If you’re looking to grow and develop your career, don’t do it here.
