Pros

An engaged owner, excellent employees, and a great work environment all combine to make this a great place to work. The work is often challenging and perhaps frustrating at times but as an employee I am always learning something new and supported by management. The owner is invested both in the company and the people he employs.

No cons. I thoroughly enjoy my job and the people I work with.

Some wonderful co workers who are passionate about the industry

Cons

Mean Girls environment where certain people have to like you for you to succeed. The company has a hire and layoff cycle that keeps repeating. The company is not open to change and clings to old ideas and processes. Too much micromanagement from the CEO.
