      Gateway has provided me many opportunities to take my career above and beyond what I felt I could achieve. Working with our global opportunities has given me a feeling of pride and excitement that I could not have found anywhere else. It is a very family oriented culture at Gateway where we are all a part of something, we bind together and strive towards a common goal in a fun and exciting atmosphere. This culture expands well beyond our physical location(s) as our customers are core contributors of our community. Our core values drive our actions each and every day-from the top down!

      as hard as it may be to believe, I have not a single con for my career at Gateway.

      Pros

      Company has a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Company is highly dependent on clients feeding development and there's a general lack of creativity by the company. The company keeps trying to band-aid an outdated product. Enhancements are often full of bugs and are never fixed unless enough clients complain.
