      Pros

      This year Gauthier Biomedical started giving bonuses to employees which was a nice surprise. Shift hours are convenient, so I can pick up my kids at school on time. It’s nice that they are willing to work with employees. Overtime is always available and optional. It’s a good clean manufacturing company.

      Cons

      People usually have something to complain about, but this job is good. There are plenty of opportunities if you want them.

      Christmas party and bonus, time off is on par with other companies

      Lack of opportunities to advance. They would rather hire someone from outside the company or leave the position open than promote from within.
