Pros
-Clean -Some Company Events (less as of late) -Guaranteed Overtime (most employees work overtime to make ends meet. Unless of course, you work in the office) -I Had An Awesome Time Working With The Shop Employees - Management Just Really Dropped The Ball
Cons
-High Stress Environment - Always Being Micromanaged -Virtually Non-Existent Pay Increases -Horrible Management - Particularly In The Operations/HR department -Owners Pretend To Be Involved (In their defense, they are generally uninformed or misinformed by numerous managers) -New Employees Have An Average Tenure of ~2 Years -Best Dead End Job I’ve Ever Had -Promotions Are Notoriously Given To The Wrong People -Favoritism/Elitism
