      Clean Environment for the most part.

      Cons

      Poor Management period! Very "clicky" over dramatic work environment. Horrible team leadership. Some employees could blatantly do no wrong, while others were treated quite poorly. A lot of deceitfulness occurring .

      Pros

      Pros about this company are they have a great insurance policy, a workout room onsite, ping pong table, basketball hoop inside and outside, extravagant lunchroom with more amenities than you will ever need, big tvs in the lunchroom, windows all around, vey clean work environment, and you basically get paid a very high amount of money to do nothing.

      Cons

      The cons of this company is very poor management and Human Resources. The owners are very nice conservative people who unfortunately spend very little time on the shop floor getting to know their employees and the practices by the people on the floor.
